Easy instructions to follow for assembly. Very quiet in use, there is an obvious difference between the two speed settings and it provides excellent air flow and a nice oscillation speed - not too fast. Much better performance than the other fan we have which is slightly bigger and was almost twice the price, whilst power usage is almost half of the other as well. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommended this model.

Bought for use as a quiet night-time fan. I can't fault it for noise. It's very, very quiet -- even when it is oscillating. However, it's not a very powerful fan. There are two settings: Setting 1 is a whisper. Setting 2 is barely a breeze. That said, for what we need, it's pretty much perfect -- so long as the nights don't get too hot. Might also be okay sitting on your desk as you work -- it's not going to blow you away in your seat.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the desk fans and standing fans I recently purchased through Amazon. Unfortunately, the products are not functioning as advertised. Although the motors are running and making a loud noise, the fans produce little to no airflow. The noise from the motors is also concerning, as it sounds abnormal and gives the impression that the units may be faulty or unsafe to operate. These fans were purchased for use in my workplace, where reliable cooling is essential. As they are not fit for their intended purpose, they have caused significant inconvenience and do not meet reasonable expectations for quality or performance. I would appreciate it if you could arrange an appropriate resolution, either by providing replacements that function correctly or issuing a full refund. It is a quiet, oscillating and small fan. The power of grade 1 is a breeze already. Just 22W should save energy. Not much uplift of head of fan is possible. Very satisfied for just £12. Need to install yourself, not very difficult. The pin to insert blade needs to push harder carefully, otherwise may break the plastic hole.

I think that for the money it is OK, it is - after all - pretty cheap. As you'd expect it is fairly flimsy and lightweight, it doesn't seem to clip into the base super securely as a result. I have two key issues with it: 1. It is actually 11 inches in diameter, so a lot bigger than I was expecting... I guess the 9" is probably the blade diameter. 2. Its balance isn't perfect so it can get into a state where it vibrates quite badly, though it doesn't do this all the time. It makes it more dicey to use on the faster setting, but doesn't have as much of a problem with the lower setting. But... it is *OK*, and I only bought it to blow air across my seedlings and it is fine for that job.

When I first turned on this fan I was disappointed. I thought, I could blow harder than that. However after maybe a minute, it kicks in and 'wow' it belts out the air. I love it so much that I've brought another 1. It's nice and small to take away without taking up much room but is a fantastic fan.
