Of course. We ate a lot of this last spring and summer and now we are growing again.

Q: Whats is the best time to sow the seeds in UK ?

Saw them any month of the year, but, grow them inside the house in a small 2litre water container. They grow so quick in a warm area in your house.

Q: What type of environment is best for growing this?

These water spinach are best to be grown in summer in USA, Vietnam. They are not very adapted well in UK. They grow well in south of UK, not in where I live.
