The media could not be loaded. Great for storage. I haven’t put braiding hair on it yet, but so far so good. Seems pretty sturdy if you tighten it enough. Seller was very responsive and handled my original issues with my first order. Top tier customer service! Thanks so much again.

Save your money, I haven’t used this thing and it’s already broken.Not steady, Cheap wood, wood not thick at all. No manufacturer instructions, its just a piece of paper.I wish I can give zero star I would.

Just purchased this hair rack and could not be more satisfied with it. I braid a lot of hair and wanted a hair rack that was qualitative and that would last through time. It arrived in perfect condition, unlike some other brands I’ve tried before. Very sturdy & love the design

The hair rack isn’t durable at all. The pegs are falling off and some of the long blocks that holds the pegs have came off too. This is too expensive for it to be falling apart the way it is. I don’t use it that often either. This is only used in my home to braid my 3 daughters’ hair. It’s stored alone and away from everything when I’m not using it. I never put anything on it besides braiding hair. This product is a great idea but for the price it should be much more durable and last way longer.

Took some time getting used to it since there’s only one opening for the center shelf. Over all it’s efficient but it’s very wobbly. Needs constant tightening but it’s never enough
