Good selection off wood dust for smoke generator
Burns well and has given a nice clean taste to my cheese, ham and bacon, all cold smoked.

Cold Smoking
Build a COLD Smoker:I have my Circular Qpro smoker in a whiky barrel 3 inche under my goods.Outside Tem0 19C temperature 1 Inch above the smoke....19 CI placed a wooden block halfway in the smoker as I did not need the advertised 8h .... I got at least 4 h consiustent smoke.Very happy with the product. Next test is my pallet advanced enough to taste the differences between the woods

Good product but quite a high price point

Good smokey flavour
Great selection and they give my Bacon a wonderful smoky flavour, easy to use as a hot smoker but I have not tried cold smoking with them yet, a little bit goes a long way and it may takes me years to use up all of this! Time for a Barbie!

Too Much Variety
The wood dusts are all first rate. However, I really only wanted Oak (I had a particular kind of smoking in mind) but I was unable to buy just Oak. In order to get some Oak I had to buy a mixed pack of wood dust - a much more expensive option than necessary. It would be great to buy bags of specified dust instead of a variety pack.Peter

Pro Q sawdust
Have only tried the oak sawdust so far but it successfully smoked two trout fillets and a quantity of cheese.

Il "Quasi" è relativo al fatto che non avevo compreo che si tratta di vera e propria segatura di legni pregiati e non di scaglie di legno.Ciò premesso, la qualità è comunque eccelsa.

Praticamente immancabili se si usa un affumicatore a freddo. ho provato il ciliegio e il melo con ottimi risultati. Peccato che non si possano ordinare le singole essenze

Ottimo prodotto, spedizione come da indicazioni, si ha un ampia varietà di scelta di sapori nell' affumicatura di carni pesce e butrro.
