Camera Bean Bag. Prefilled. Compact and Lightweight for Supporting Photography Lens

I bought this as it was on list of recommended items for a wildlife photography day I did at Edinburgh Zoo. I'd happily lived without one taking photos for over a decade and in fact did not find any use for it at the zoo day. However, I took it with me on Safari and it has been the most useful accessory by far, light and easy to pack, it provides a great stable resting place for a telephoto lens on the uneven roof bars/ window frames of a safari jeep when trying to get a good picture or even video.Many things warn of avoiding camouflage prints when visiting Africa but in Kenya, I had no trouble carrying this around on safari.

Light but that is an advantage. Ideal for setting camera on and slightly tilting.

This was great for a recent safari photo trip. Used with a Sony a6000 and nex5r with 55-210 and 100-300 lenses.The loop allows you to hang this over your camera lens, so it's always ready. Simple and clever.Having a simple beanbag rather than some of the more expensive shaped bags that go over car doors was much better fit my use as I could lean the camera onto any available roof of the jeep to get a steady shot.Highly recommended

Very handy size

This is very useful for places where a camera tripod would be infeasible or in the way. It’s refillable too, Good value for money . The camo print makes it useful for macro and wildlife photography as well.

Like everyone says, too many poly beads in it but otherwise well made.I very much appreciated the advice from another reviewer to unzip the bag (to remove some beads) with it INSIDE a poly bag.I ended up with my hands and arms covered in beads and they either stick to you or float out of the bag. It's no big deal but you have been warned! They get everywhere. It's useful to have the extra beads as I dare say the bag will soon squash down with a heavy lens battering it.Good price, strong material.

I have needed a pliable cushion for placing lighting and after emptying some of the filling this is perfect.
