As the title says, I don't think you can go wrong with Skinners. They always seem to produce quality food, and it must taste pretty good because my dog absolutely demolishes this stuff.There's no terrible ingredients, you don't feel like your filling them full of bad stuff. Her coat is always amazingly shiny, and she's full of energy.The bags come in weights to last a decent duration. So while it might look expensive, it's not when you break it down to meals.With it being dry food, it's always really easy to take portions away with us when we're camping or on holiday, so it has that versatility that canned food doesn't really have, makes it super easy and quick to keep her fed and healthy.We do also feed our dog other stuff, she gets a good variety. Skinners though, it's always the go to for quality food. She started on Skinners as a pup, and it continues to be part of her diet.

Seems greatI mean I don't personally eat it but my dogs seem happy enough with it and it's very good value for money

My fussy dog absolutely loves this food - we tried a lot of different brands and he got bored of them all very quickly, leaving his food or just picking at it. He wolfs this down every time and is so excited at meal time! He’s got loads of energy and his coat looks fab as well. Always a fast delivery and always in stock. Flynn says thank you!

I don't normally buy this food through amazon, but the price had gone up a crazy amount at my usual supplier. I did think this smelled a bit funny compared to the usual experience of opening a sack, and my dog was sick after being on this for a day or so, however, this may be coincidence as he does like to rummage in the garden so may have eaten something he shouldn't have. Seems to have settled down now and is eating it fine, but the smell of the food itself is still quite pungent.Update: there is definitely an issue with this dog food. It basically goes rancid really quickly - and this can happen when it's in storage with stockists. I've now had 2 sacks (from different suppliers) that made my dog unwell with d&v. Having been happy with it for about 9 years, I can only assume something has changed. I've switched to Morrisons own brand and my dog is absolutely fine now.

Excellent quality dry dog food totally recommend this brand and the fact that it's gluten free is excellent no upset tummies just solid poops and happy dog. My dog is a belgian shepherd and she is my support dog as I'm in a wheelchair and I want her to have the best as she works hard for me and is my constant companion she used to get upset tummies of other top brands that cost way more this is a British made food from a great company and my dog has improved no end her coat is great and most of all she loves it I have used the chicken one of the same brand in the gluten free and it dosent cause any upset tummy just changing from chicken to salmon as sometimes the stock is not available of one or the other. The food is so reasonable and great quality and value so much better than the over priced top brands available. Honestly I can not recommend this food enough.

This dry food has been a great change from another competitor, due to my dog devolving dry skin on his old diet. His coat has become noticeably ‘better’ over the last few weeks, and his digestion seems to have stabilised. Purchased as was a great competitive price, this kibble is great for my dog.

We adopted a 2yr old German Shepherd and fed her this food for her main diet all her life. She had a stunning coat and amazing health. She could still jump into the back of car at the age of 14. She died 3 months away from her 15th birthday. She had hardly any vet visits and her digestion was excellent. Will be buying this again for our new rescue doggy.
