Andoer Camera Slider Rail Track Dolly with Panning and Linear Motion Extends Up to 4× Distance for GoPro Action Cameras/Smartphone/DSLR/ILDC Cameras' Video Recording

I was right when I said you need a tripod that has the 3/8 screw attachment straight to it. In addition, the legs spread out enough to give the tripod the stability to take the slider fully outstretched. Smooth and stable, perfect!After waiting with anticipation for this to arrive so I could play with it, I have been let down with my own equipment! More about that further down.When you open this, everything about it says good design and build quality. I did a lot of research on this before I bought it because although this is really great value at £102, you can spend an awful lot more on this style of slider and I didn't want to be caught out. As I do not claim to be a professional, I do not want to pay professional money for things.It come well packaged and protected from bumps and drops but the only negative thing I will say in the whole of the review is that it doesn't come with instructions, which are always nice to have a read through when you have something like this. It locks down at just under 9.5" and gives the effect of nearly 4 times its length when in use. I got it out straight away and fixed it to my tripod using the 3/8's adaptor that is supplied. That is when I realised that I need to invest some more money in my photography to use this. I read the other reviews on here before I bought it and they were in contrast to the videos I had watched on YouTube and now I think I know why. You need a heavy duty tripod head. I have two tripods. Both very good at what they do but they do have a plastic, quick release system for the camera. The quick release is not up to the job of holding this arm securely, with or without a camera because of the weight distribution and obvious overhang. On both, the plastic plate deforms as it can not take the weight as the arm swings, making it impossible to use this or any other arm on them. I could have supported it with my other hand but the results would have been terrible and it defeats the object of buying it. The solution, again after looking through YouTube, was to buy another tripod, one with a plate that doesn't deform. I can not do this justice with any video that I take so I strongly recommend you searching for 'andoer camera slider gt-v70' and you will see what this can do and how easy it is to use.My camera is a Canon 750d with the 18-55 lens on but I'm thinking lighter is better on this. Take my recommendation and get a tripod with a fixed plate or a heavy duty metal plate and you will not go wrong with this, exceptional quality and design for the affordable price, you can always pay more but just in the short time I played with this on someone else's tripod, I know I'm going to have fun with it, my daughter can't wait to try her iPhone on it!!!.Taking the cost and what it can actually do for that cost into account, it gets a 10/10 from me but make sure you have the right equipment to use with this or you will not get the full benefit from it.

The media could not be loaded.  Within seconds of installing it the gold screw sheered off in my hands making me feel it was now stuck to my tripod. However I managed to unscrew it before the screw tightened up. Didn't get chance to review this as it was broke from the get go. Bought this because Eldlekrone is night and day out of my budget however this has also been a £100+ absolute piece of junk.

The media could not be loaded.  Really creative and useful photography and video aid, I love photography and taking video and my aspirations of production are somewhat out striped by my creative ability, I wanted something that would assist me with panning and linear motion video capture and photographs of objects from different angles keeping the same perspective and although for myself this was expensive it’s still a fraction of professional gear to do the same job.It comes in a lift top box packed in custom foam along with a mini ball head for connecting the camera and a screw adapter taking the 3/8 inch screw hole to a 1/4 inch screw thread for a standard tripod fitting, I would say that you really need a wide base tripod for this to avoid topple and tilt strain movement and the tripods with a quick release catch will just bend with the weight at full extension.The andoer camera slider is a heavy bit of kit but also precision manufactured to give a smooth glide across the panning or linear motion movement you can instantly see the high quality movement and finishing, I have a small tripod with a 3/8 inch screw which it fits straight onto but while taking shots have to hold the base solid to avoid movement which I am getting better at, I am planning to get a larger wide base tripod but my main objective for getting this is some close in macro shots and panning motion shots on ground level.I found the motion really smooth and am finding I am getting better at running a smooth motion at a steady speed although I do expect to vastly improve the more I use it. I fitted my GoPro Hero5 to it and have recorded some different shots with different settings on the camera showing panning and linear motion using my small tripod and have been really impressed with the quality it produces.I have added a video and will also add some pictures showing different tests of motion and panning I tried, please forgive any wobble it’s me getting used to the slider rather than any sticking in the smooth motion which I found to be flawless. Please note the footage I got is crystal clear but due to size restraints I have had to reduce the quality somewhat and this also degrades considerable when uploaded through Amazon’s optimisation system but hopefully not too much.What I liked*************- Good high quality manufacturing- Very easy to use and set up- Adaptability of movement and shots, using an extension to the GoPro height I was able to get different sorts of panning shots from above an object- The price, although expensive it is a fraction of the cost of the professional products to do the same of similar jobs, far smaller and way more portable- Has a locking mechanism for when not in useWhat I Didn’t Like********************- There isn’t anything I can add here, it performs really well and the biggest flaw is my own ability, it takes a while to get used to how to control the motion but I’m getting there, if I do come across any issues I will edit and add themSummary**********Overall I am really pleased with this purchase, it does a great job and I plan on using this as much as I can hopefully creating some great panning and linear motion shots that I am unable to master with uncontrolled movement, I have given this 5 stars as it’s a superb gadget. Everything good! It's feels very solid and smooth. Super quiet and the stability is great. I would recommend you to buy this if you will use it a lot.

Dreadful product. Wobbles beyond belief, to the extent you have to hold it with your hand at the connection with the tripod, plus you have to hold the camera stable with the other hand. All for a hundred quid + Don't waste your money, have a nice meal out instead

Prodotti come questo basano tutto sulla fattura dei materiali, questa è la copia del wing di edelkrone, costa meno della metà ci sarà un motivo. La fattura nel complesso è buona ma ha 2 grossi handicap.1) la testa in dotazione può adar bene solo per uno smartphone o un action cam, non certo per una mirrorless o una reflex2) i 2 attacchi sono troppo vicini fra loro, il linear e il pan questo rende impossibile adattarci teste di dimensioni maggiori, necessita di una buona testa a sfera di diametro contenuto.Trovo l'idea originale ma non so se restituirlo, sulla buona strada ma non perfetto... ci sono tante cose ancora da migliorare.Manca un manuale di istruzioni!

J'ai acheté ce produit après avoir vu des démonstrations sur Youtube, où les gens donnent des commentaires positifs. Le concept est bon. Ce slider est compact est facile à mettre en action. Cependant les mouvements ne sont pas du tout fluides et il 'est impossible à faire des réglages. La caméra saute. Le système de fixation sur le trépied manque de stabilité.J'ai essayé de contacter le vendeur pour demander comment faire des réglages, mais j'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Heureusement, les collaborateurs de Amazon sont beaucoup plus communicatifs. J'ai retourné ce produit et je ne le regrette pas.

3 Sterne ist "nicht schlecht" ...... aber eben auch nicht gut:- viel zu schwer,- zu unpräzise (auch wegen der sub-optimalen Gweinde-Anschlüsse),- zu teuer für die Qualität.Wie bei allen slidern muss man auf jeden Fall üben und ein wirklich sehr gutes Stativ unter den Slider schrauben ... man kann nicht erwarten, dass der erste Slide gelingt - aber in diesem Fall ist der Trainingsaufwand sehr sehr hoch - mit wenig Aussicht auf Erfolg Auf jeden Fall untauglich für gelegentliche slides und Schwenks ...

Prodotto di buona fattura costruzione robusta, gli unici problemi sono:Bisogna sostituire la testa originale perché non e molto stabile e montare una testa fluida, poi avere un buon cavalletto se no non c'è stabilita,cosi con queste due modifiche devo dire che il problema e stato risolto e il prodotto diventa più o meno perfetto.Ottimo servizio amazon come sempre, spedizione velocissima!
