This lovely frame arrived along with another frame in the same day and not sure if the problem was with the package handling but a bit of the frame had broken off. The other one the glass was broken! I looked up the returns policy to exchange it but it is a pig. I have to wait for it to be collected in a week and I had to book a time slot. The frame wasn't very well packaged so I wouldn't trust this buyer enough to buy a second time. It's a shame as it's a nice frame.

I love this frame looks very expensive lovely detail and solid. But I dislike the glass was all broken on delivery I had to buy cheap frame same size and put glass from that in so more exspence

I THOUGHT YOU COULD HANG ON A PICTURE HOOK BUT CANNOT SEE WHERE. HAVING SAID THIS THE FRAME LOOKS GOOD AND STURDY I HAVE PURCHASED 12 COMAND PICTURE STRIPS FOR £17.99 TO HANG IT. THESE STIPS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON ANTHING IMPORTANT, BUT 10 WILL HOLD THIS 4 ON TOP OF EACH OTHER EACH SIDE AND 2 COVERING STAND THIS ADDITIONAL EXPENSE IS THE CAUSE OF THE LOWER OVERALL RATING. STAND LOOKS STURDY IF YOU WISH TO STAND A PICTURE UP.
