Review: Fantastic tripod 5* - Purchased for my Panasonic lumix tz99 fabulous can’t rate highly enough so versatile and sturdy such great purchase truly delighted and will be using with iPhone also . Definitely 5 star purchase !! Review: Great tripod - The tripod came in very nice packaging very sturdy and secure, which is a good job as the package arrived pretty badly crushed; there appeared to be no damage to the contents. The tripod is a good size with legs long enough to wrap around most things, they are very flexible but seem to keep their shape once manipulated. I love the phone screw clamp attachment that comes with this tripod, it's a little slower to use than a spring type clamp but it feels really safe and secure once clamped tight plus you always knock the buttons when using spring clamps, the screw clamp opened up large enough for my Samsung Note 9. One of the reasons I purchased this tripod was for the METAL ball joint, The last tripod I used had a plastic part which broke at this point when trying to adjust the tilt. The tripod and all the attachments are solid and give no vibration with the exception of the portrait phone adaptor which does give a little wobble if windy or on an unstable attachment point. Using the phone clamp without that extension piece is extremely solid though. I tested mine in a skatepark attaching the tripod to vertical steel columns, wooden handrails, stood upright on ramps and handheld (follow me) uses. Each time the tripod worked perfectly, I didn't even get any wobble when prodding the phone to start or stop recording. I couldn't try out the gopro attachment as I don't have one but it appears to be fine. the tripod should be fine for heavier dslr's providing you ensure the tripod is well attached to your anchor point. It's a shame about the portrait phone swivel part and the addition of magnetic feet would have made this unbeatable but I would still definitely recommend this tripod to anyone, It's well worth the asking price and you get everything you should need in the box. ## Features - Gorilla Pod Tripod for Phone — Lammcou flexible gorilla pod tripod with XL vertical & horizontal phone clamp mount, fits phones 2.3"-4.1" wide. As it is so rigid, movement in a room (walking, moving around in chair) can cause slight wobbles therefore may not be the best option for just room/office use. ## Frequently Bought Together - Lammcou Phone Tripod Flexible, Octopus Camera Gorrila Pod Bendy Legs Grip, With Vertical & Portrait Mobile Holder & Go Pro Mount, Handheld Portable Flexi Tripods Stand for Phones, Webcam, Camcorder - CamKix Wireless Bluetooth Camera Shutter Remote Control for Smartphones - Create Amazing Photos and Selfies - Compatible with all IOS and Android Devices with Bluetooth/Including Wrist Strap - Ailun Tripod Phone Mount Holder Head Standard Screw Adapter Rotatable Digtal Camera Bracket Selfie Lens Monopod Clamp Adjustable Mount for Ring Light Camcorder,Compatible for Most Cellphones --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/48028220-gorilla-pod-tripod-for-smartphone-flexible-phone-tripod-octopus](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/48028220-gorilla-pod-tripod-for-smartphone-flexible-phone-tripod-octopus) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
