This is one of the best paring knives I have ever used. I owned a similar knife back in the U.S. and used it for nearly 25 years, which speaks volumes about its quality and durability. It was one of the most dependable and versatile tools in my kitchen. The blade is extremely sharp and allows you to cut very fine, precise slices, especially when working with vegetables and fruits. A good, sharp knife truly changes how you cook—prep becomes effortless, and you naturally end up eating more vegetables. As my cook jokingly says, “If you’re angry, just spend some time with this knife and the veggies.” It’s surprisingly satisfying and calming to use because it cuts so smoothly and cleanly. The balance and control are excellent, making everyday tasks like peeling, trimming, and fine cutting both easy and safe. This knife has earned a permanent place in my kitchen. A very sharp and good knife. It's my 3rd repeat purchase. Please understand that it's a serrated kife primarily meant for cutting soft vegetables like tomatos 🍅 even though it can be used to cut any vegetable (except very hard ones). It's not possible to sharpen this knife as it will lose it's "teeth" but it can last upto 1 full year with regular use. Attached photo is after 1 year use.
