Is the bottle glass or plastic?

The bottle is tempered glass providing a clear viewing window while being extremely durable. It's still glass though and should be handled with care.

Can the top be removed to add more ferro fluid if wanted?

We recommend to leave the top secure to keep debris, oxygen, and contaminates out.

My ferro fluid is stuck around the stopper at the top of the bottle neck under the cap and will not release into the bottle solution when received?

This is a rare defect resulting from the bottle being stored upside down for an extended period of time in the fulfillment center. Please return for a free replacement.
