What exactly is Dragon’s Blood Extract?

It's a kind of resin derived from the wounded barks/trunks of a certain type of rattan or palm tree I believe found in Mediterranean or Asia Pacific islands. Because the resin contained many medicinal properties and dried resin used to look like gemstones, it was referred to by merchants as dragon blood.

Are there any long term effects with this serum or purely temporary? Thanks

I use it every day along with the Eye Cream and 8 in one Moisturiser and it really does help to smooth the eye and neck area. Not so good to use all over your face as it can cause your foundation to become claggy in places but I feel it is a fantastic product and does aid in reducing fine lines and wrinkles long term. I love all the Balance Products.

How long does the liftonin in the dragons blood last for and can a moisturiser be used with it?

Yes I use moisturiser with it if my skins really dry

Can you use this on your belly ?

I'd do a test patch first and see how you go on. I would imagine as it's safe on the more delicate skin on the face its face for your tummy.
