I love heavy duty cotton twill. I bought a pair of heavy cotton camouflaged shorts some years ago. I hadn't been able to find any other shorts of comparable quality and they were my favourite until these arrived. Camo is for casual wear and I wanted something a bit smarter for my hols. The reviews were generally excellent for these shorts so I ordered a light grey pair on 9th May 2014. The delivery estimate was between 20th May and 10th June. Incredibly they were delivered on 16th May all the way from China!! When I was handed the package I was quite surprised at how heavy it was. The shorts are made from really are heavy duty but beautifully soft cotton; just what I was looking for. The styling and the fit is perfect for me with the legs ending just above the knees. They are quite a baggy style but they fit nicely on my bum according to my wife. There is no belt supplied which is clearly stated in the description. The belt loops will take up to a 50mm wide belt. There are ample storage pockets. The main hip ones are really deep, almost down to the bottom of the shorts so no chance of your wallet or phone jumping out accidently when on the move. The zip and buttons are high quality. The stitching is excellent with no loose threads to be seen. I've worn them all day today and I have to say in my opinion they are simply fantastic and at the price a bargain. I'm sure they will last me for years. My wife says I should buy a darker pair though that'll hide red wine stains better while I'm on holiday. I don't know what she means I rarely lose a drip! **Update: 24th May 2014** I have bought another pair in dark brown but this time ordered a size smaller which is brave I know. I had to amend my order due to a mistake I made with the size. The seller's reply was prompt and polite and my amended order still arrived within 5 working days which is incredible. I'm quite well built with a 41" waist. The first pair I ordered were 42W and are a really comfy fit but I need a belt to keep them up because just like denim jeans after being washed they give a bit after wearing them for a while. The latest pair are 40W and they fit quite snuggly at first but after wearing them they give and become really comfy. These shorts are fantastic quality, really well made, stylish and comfy. I love them.

I really like these (so much so, I bought another pair) - only downside was that the buttons weren't sewn on _particularly_ well - I've since re-enforced these with a few more stitches and they're now perfect (not just the main button either - I lost a pocket button on the first day) - feels a bit harsh dropping a whole star, but it gets a solid 4.5 overall. Size was exactly as I expected. Overall very pleased, would recommend and I would definitely purchase again.

I buy these shorts for winters spent away in south east Asia. I set off with a new pair each year & after 6 months of nearly continuous wear they are still in good shape all be it somewhat bleached of colour. The deep strong pockets are perfect & the cargo pockets with their button down capability are capacious & functional. 9/10 all round

I bought these for my boyfriend. He normally wears a 32" waist, so that's what I ordered. They are a *tiny* bit snug but I'm pretty sure they'll stretch out a wee bit with wear - he certainly didn't want to return them for a different size. The shorts are a nice fit, they fall to around his knee, and they're fairly baggy which is what I was looking for as he's not interested in the tighter 'chino style' sorts that seem to be all anyone sells at the moment! The shorts are made from what seems like a really hard-wearing fabric, but they're still soft to touch. There's a drawstring in the waist and at the bottoms of the legs for any finer adjusting you might need to do!

6'6" bloke with big thighs, as a result I often have to get a bigger waist just to accommodate the thighs meaning I have a few inches extra round the waist to tie up with a belt. Heavily these came with a size guide showing the thighs, great stuff finally, wish all sellers would do this. Anyway great shorts, fits great and slightly baggy as I wanted, good material and plenty of pocket space. Will defo buy again

Not high quality, but for the price it is better than expected - great for gardening as very tough and cheap enough you do not care about ruining them

Cheap as chalk, very well made and terrific quality for the price, these cargo shorts will serve me well during the Summer months ahead. They've got tons of of pockets to load up so you end up looking like a beast of burden on a Himalayan trek and finish just above the knee so there's no fabric flapping round the calves which I don't like. I removed the strings from the leg cuffs, however, as I've never quite understood what purpose they serve other than being a source of sensory irritation. As suggested in the product page blurb, order a waist size up - my 36" pair are indeed a comfortably snug 34". A Darned Good Deal.

I have a 33 inch waist and 34 inch is often too large. These fit perfectly and feel good. Haven't washed them yet, so cant comment on shrinkage - but first impressions are that they are good quality. Processing of the order was great (received them less than 24hrs after ordering them!)

Me gusta la calidad de la tela y las coaturas, aunque quizas un poco gruesa de más, dan bastante calor. Talla un poco grande

Aunque el pantalón estaba muy bien, las tallas son bastante más pequeñas de las que acostumbramos por España. Me cogí una talla M que se supone que es una 40 según la relación que aparecía. La talla 40 me suele ir grande...aquello no era ni una 38. Realmente pequeño. Tuve que devolverlo porque casi ni me entraban las piernas! Una lastima porque era bonito.

The quality (material, stitching, style) of these shorts is superior to 95% of the others that are out there. (In store included) IMO However when I purchased them I bought the size that stated 34 US. When I tried to put them on they were more true to a 31 or 32. I think if I would have gone for 36 US then they may have fit. The return was easy enough to make happen accept that it's through ups and not amazon and an extra sheet had to printed an put on the box.

Sono 3xl cinese e sono paragonabili ad una XL USA. Comunque mi vanno bene e in estate li indosso sempre.

Le tasche all'interno sono enormi e sono fatte di un tessuto molto spesso, ma anche il pantalone stesso e fatto di un cottone pesante, ottimo per un pantalone invernale. Sto dicendo che questo e tutt'altro che un pantalone leggero, da indossare quando fa caldo. Ametto, e fatto bene, cuciture curate, ma l'unico posto dove non troverete tre o quatro strati di tessuto e l'interno cosce. Non lo consiglio, non l'ho indossato, magari provero a fine estate.
