This product is so helpful in communicating with an individual with disabilities.
Living in a two-story home with another who is disabled or even communicating can be difficult when you live in a large or two-story home. This product is sturdy and has a large button that emits a doorbell sound. When I am downstairs and my spouse is upstairs and needs me for any reason we agree on, I am made aware that I need to come to his aid. It works perfectly for us and I can hear it throughout our home.

The product itself is good and serves its purpose for alert person. But not a dementia patient

Separate Bedroom Alarm!
Wow, this was delivered very quickly. Could have really used it a couple of months ago when husband was recovering from surgery and we were in separate rooms in oposite ends of the house. Chances are considering our ages, someting will unfortunately come up again where we will need this summoner! Very easy to operate. I prefer button on lanyard as opposed to fastening it to wall, etc. However, if someone was completely bed-ridden a permanent placement might be better. Clear instructions, very easy to assemble. Only need to place included battery and attach lanyard. Works just fine in our spread out house!

Which it had a light to advise help was needed
Great idea, volume adjustment is low to really loud. Bought this so my wife could let me know she needed me when I was out side. I had the speaker in the garage, if I didn’t hear it I did not know she needed me. If there was a light that lit up in addition to sound it would be great. Great for being in the house or close to an electrical outlet.

Nice and loud... or quieter if you prefer. Looks like a winner at this point.
Since my wife and I sleep in different rooms, we bought two of these. The good news is that they work on different frequencies so when I push my button from my room, the receiver in my room does not go off... just the one in her room goes off. And vice versa. Pretty cool. The volume is plenty loud. We've set ours at a level one down from the loudest.A feature we don't need but which might be very helpful for some situations is that you can, with a single transmitter (Button), trigger multiple receivers that you've place around the house. The only difficult thing to figure out is how to attach the lanyard. Finally figured it out. You need to open the back cover on the button transmitter (which you have to do anyway to install the battery) and then loop the lanyard around the clip used to snap the back cover closed again. Easy to do once you've figured it out. You need a small flat head screwdriver to pop the back cover off by the way.

Just what we needed.
My wife in more or less bedridden. This little pager is great and just what we needed. It is easy to set up and the noise it makes is nice and not annoying like many such devices. We have a goodly sized house with quite a number of rooms and you can hear it throughout. We are quite happy with this device.

Didn't work for us. Button is at a strange angle.
The person we bought it for has muscular dystrophy and he was unable to have enough strength to push this button. It was also to difficult for him because the button is at a strange angle. It's not like a door bell angle. A person with normal strength probably won't have issues but the angle is strange. Maybe its made like that for a reason.
