I would like to change my review. This is the best toy I ever bought for my cat that is for self entertainment. She attacks it, bites it, tries to bunny kick it lol. And the battery seems to last a good time frame. I maybe charge it once a week or two weeks. She plays with it at random times throughout the day and even night lol. She wasn't interested in it for like a month but then all of a sudden it is her favorite thing. Thank you so much for this product. I will buy again and maybe look to see what other color options you have or animal options. For potential customers buy this but be prepared it may take some time and encouragement for the cat to be interested or develop a reduced level of anxiety over the movement and chirping of the toy. His quality, stays charged, my cat seems to like the smell. Gets him active. I hide it so he can "hunt" and he enjoys that. He hates every single mechanical toy I have bought until this one. He can carry it, bat it, roll it, safety chew it. Very pleased

I have one of these bird toys I buy regularly for my dog but it was out of stock so I found this one instead. I got the "Big Woodpecker" version and it's definitely not safe for pets. The feathers on the back are dyed and the dye was immediately coming off in my dog's mouth (and on my hands, and in the sink) when wet from her saliva. It also uses a zipper closure that can hurt their teeth rather than the usual velcro that's common in pet-safe items. (I should have paid more attention to the fact that they don't show the closure type in the listing.) If you were only using this on a flirt pole and there was no biting involved, it MAY be okay, but I'd still be leery of that dye! I wouldn't recommend it. The catnip pouch that comes with it was open and half empty as well.

Honestly the product itself is good. But my it’s a little bigger than I thought. I guess due to the size my kitten is not comfortable with this toy yet. Sound quality is good too. But sadly there wasn’t any information sheet or direction sheet inside. The only info I could get was on the box. You have to tap the top of the bird for it to move. When my kitten taps it maybe because his tap is too soft the bird doesn’t move. So, you’ll have to tap it for them until they get used to it. Durability and the value of money is good but please think about your pets size and characteristics before you buy this. My kitten seems to be a little scared or overwhelmed by the toy he’s not picky with toys but this one seems like a challenge for him 😂 hope this review helps !

My cat loves this bird. It flaps its wings and makes chirping noises. He grabs it holds it to his stomach and kicks it with his back feet. So cute! One day it was dropped in the water and I don't know how long it was in there so I dried it out and recharged it and it still works! I'll probably buy another one since my dog bit the head off of this one... But it still works!

Honestly, I enjoyed it more than the cats. It’s a bit big and bulky so really wasn’t as engaging to the cats as I had hoped. They just kind of sat there and looked at it curiously as if to say this is not a bird. The pictures showed it basically kind of flying, which would’ve been entertaining for the cats. This thing doesn’t fly it basically just flops around on the floor and it’s a bit too heavy and clunky for the cats to play with.

Neat little cat toy. Kept a good power charge. The cats LOVED it.

Cute toy but does not last for more than a minute. It got like 8 chirps until you need to put it back on the charger. My cats would enjoy if it didn’t kept dying. Buy at your own risk !

Great toy for the cats only issue I have with it is the zipper to open it up to turn it on is a pain in the butt, but the cats love it Bird makes a good chirping sound and Fox the wings. After a while. It stops till you your animal touches it then it chirps and does this thing again highly recommended.

This toy was an instant hit in my house! It arrived well packaged and ready to go. The moment I placed it on the floor and it started flapping its wings and chirping, my cat went absolutely wild, started stalking, pouncing, and batting it around for ages. The sound and movement are realistic enough to really grab his attention, but not so loud that it’s annoying. I also love that it’s touch-activated, so it only moves when my cat interacts with it, perfect for keeping him entertained while I’m busy. The “no flying” design means it stays safely on the ground without knocking things over. Overall, this is one of the few toys my cat doesn’t lose interest in after a day or two. It’s cute, sturdy, and keeps him active and happy. Definitely worth the price!
