This is a decent tom yum paste. You don;t really need anything extra but can add if necessary..
Tasty. Bung in some prawns and thinly-sliced mushrooms and you're good to go. I often use frozen prawns, fish, tinned sliced mushrooms, even bamboo shoots in a jar. This is a very tasty paste and you can add sugar, fish sauce etc. as some recipes state, but you mostly do not need to. I am not a fan of adding cream or condensed milk or coconut. Personally, though, I'd add some Thai basil/chill paste right at the end even though many recipes don't use it.
