Bought to replace the Bauer rechargeable hot water bag that was faulty in days. My mother is very happy with this one and says its a very pretty fabric as well.She has Raynauds syndrome so this item is a real bonus for her..

It's a good product. Not keen on having two hard caps on one side as I use it for other things on my body. It digs in. I have brought similar products and don't have this problem, apart from that it's a bit rough in texture to other products.

Almost gets too hot but heat stays for several hours. Wish it wasn't so full, would be more comfortable with less liquid inside.

Really, really quick delivery, grandma loved it, can't really give it a 5 Star until she's used it but looks exactly like image and very quick service.

Worked very well and heated up reliably (bought to replace the heated hot water bottle of different brand which I had originally bought which didn't last long!) though the cover wasn't very comfy to touch.But unfortunately it was really smelly,. The product description said there was a smell which would disperse after first use - well there was a strong chemical smell which still lingered after about 10 uses, but also a horrible damp musty smell which didn't improve at all. This smell transferred onto bedding etc. - not nice.Returned and refund given promptly - thank you.

Lovely product & much safer to use than trying to put hot water in a bottle. 2nd one bought as first one was such a hit with my mum when she came to stay that she took it home!

This was a gift for a friend and she seems pleased with it
