Does it come assemble

Everything is already assembled, you just need to plug it in, pop your kernels in, put the lid on and switch it on! So easy to use. You just have to pop open the boxes.

How do I order a replacement lid?

try ebay as i don't have the machine anymore i gave it to the x wife for when the kids go and stay with her... hope it helps , use a heavy plate to cover it to you can find a replacement.

How many times can it be used in a row? For a party if you want to make 5 or 6 bowls, would it be pkay?

I think it is fine for a party, used it loads. Literally just fill back up with corn and turn on again
