Better than batteries
Why dink around with batteries, when you can use a plug. Worked fine.

Genuine item that was the ONLY one I found that was guaranteed to work with my label maker model and it does! So glad I went with the more expensive but genuine item!

Good investment
I have the PT Embellish and wanted to buy a charger instead of buying batteries for it due to the cost and the weight batteries would add to the unit.I also didn't want to buy an off brand charger for fear it wouldn't fit my Embellish. None of the off brand chargers specifically stated that they would fit the Embellish so I didn't want to risk it.This is working great for my purposes and I'm glad I got this instead of batteries!

The Perfect Addition to My Label Maker!
I have owned a BROTHER label maker for a few years. I was disappointed that an adaptor was not included in the box at the time of purchase. So, I ended up buying and using quite a number of batteries to use in my label maker. Recently, I finally built up enough nerve to purchase an adaptor. I’m so happy to have an adaptor…now, the adaptor will help me save money by not having to get batteries anymore! I’m glad to have an adaptor. My label maker is happy, too!

Great, Except Expensive
My only complaint is the cost! I think it is very crappy for Brother to not include a power cord for the labelers because they EAT batteries and then charge so much for a power cord (which BTW, is special because they REVERSE the poles making 99% of other options useless, which again, shame on them). It works great at least, and now I just have to find an outlet to plug in, wait one second, and then print out labels as needed. At least I'm saving on batteries and not having to through them in the trash...

Buy it!!! If you have the label maker, by the adaptor!
I purchased the label maker and knew that i didn't want to rely on using batteries. I have the same label maker at work and it burns through the batteries so fast! The worst part is working on a project and then the label maker dying because of the batteries, for work we also purchased the adapter and it makes it so much easier, and more economical in the long run. When I purchased my own for home use, I know that I would also need the adaptor, worth the money, trust me!

An important addition to the Brother PTouch Embellish!
I have the brother ptouch embellish which I love, but I was disappointed it did not come with an ac adaptor. Using only batteries for it would be a cost drain. Enter this item - it works perfectly with the device I already own so now I don’t have to keep spending money on batteries. The cord is nice and long enough that I have not had any issues with it extending to somewhere I was comfortable.
