How about the battery cover?I have seen the battery cover is flimsy and easy to fall off?

Hello Friend We have made the feedback for the batter cover to our engineer and we have improved the battery cover. There are no issue for the battery cover any more. You don't need to worry about it.

I want to find a smart sensor trash can that can be put into the crevice without taking up space, is it suitable?

Yes, it can. I bought 5 of them in my small house and all are practical and very responsive and do not take up much space.

Will this work under kitchen sink? How high is it when door is open?

It's fairly small. The lid makes it about 6 inches higher. It should fit under a kitchen sink without a problem. I love mine.
