Zero In Kitchen Insect Killer Adhesive Yellow Stick, 26cm Hang or Stand Poison-Free Controls Flies, Fungus Gnats, Fruit Flies, Mosquitoes and Bugs Disposable

I was on my way to the kitchen windowsill with this when it caught its first fly! The only downside, but not worth knocking a star off for, is the very battered and flimsy box it came in, designed to hold the 'stick' and potentially hide the sight of captured flies from the squeamish. If it had been better packed and had not been squashed before receipt, this would probably by okay, but the stick is so very sticky, it had stuck to the inside of the box and it took a bit of careful teasing to get it free. However, that aside - and I have fed back to supplier - this is an ace thing and I shall be stocking up for the summer, always assuming we actually ever have one!

One star is too many. This item does not work. we bought two, one for the kitchen and one for the lounge. They have been in situ now for 2 days. The flies are buzzing round like a plague - so far not one fly has been attracted to the catcher. Very disappointed. Had to resort to good old fashioned fly spray, which we hate.

I found that these only worked when I positioned them on the sides of a windowsill - where they really came into their own. However, if they come into contact with anything else they’ll transfer a sticky residue onto it (nb:- I discovered that lemon juice was most effective to clean it off in most cases). So overall, despite being messy at times, they do work and are more convenient than sprays or fly-papers, so get 4*.

It's OK, particularly for the cheapish price. It's not particularly attractive - it's a lurid yellow sticky tube with some cheap plastic edges, however it does the job 'to a degree'. I found that small flies and midges it was good for with an ok trap rate.. bluebottles and larger flies? Absolutely nothing. Plenty of them flying around during the hot days, plenty buzzing against the window (where I placed one of these tubes) and none caught. So reasonable as a temporary solution to small flies, not much else. It does also have a plastic 'hanger' bit, so you could in theory hang it outside like a lurid yellow sticky windchime.

UPDATE - I've had these for 2 months now and have to admit, after a VERY slow start they do seem to be attracting the flies. Expensive for what they are and I still think the window sticker type is much more effective. If you buy, stick with it.....pardon the pun 😉 Complete waste of money. The only thing that stuck to this was my finger! I stupidly bought 2, one for my kitchen and one for my rabbit's room. Neither have attracted a single fly. I've got window fly stickers in my rabbit's room and they are more effective. Don't waste your money!

This product is absolutely useless, I bought three of them - one for kitchen, one for bedroom and one for lounge and dining room, approximately three weeks ago, between them they have caught 4 flies, although the house is full of flies, this item was an awful waste of money, I have killed more myself with a tea towel. I would suggest that you stop selling this product, as it does reflect on your good name and will deter people from purchasing other items from you. Margaret Leese

Atrapa moscas pero funciona mejor si pones en la caja algún resto de comida por si solas no se sienten atraídas. No tiene olor. El precio me parece un poco excesivo.

Die Falle klebt wirklich gut. Sollten sich Fliegen darauf verirren haben sie keine Chnace mehr. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es reiner Zufall ist, das sie dort landen. Nach über einem Monat in Gebrauch sieht sie noch immer fast neu aus. Die Fliegen machen eher einen Bigen um die Falle.

Pas aussi efficace que je le pensais. De plus c'est vraiment pas beau à voir quand les insectes se collent dessus.
