SurePromise USB Flight Simulator Cable for DX5e Dx6i DX7 JR Futaba RC RealFlight Spektrum Esky FMS (practice with your RC Helicopter Controller on PC)

I purchased this item to test compatibility with simulators running natively on macOS. I am happy to report it works fine! I tested the interface using both HELI-X8 and neXt-CGM software, and both saw the interface and allowed me to go through the transmitter set-up routine. Once completed my JR transmitter, connected via the 3.5 mm trainer port, was fully operational in the simulator software, so a great result. I am now confident it would work in other macOS simulator software, such as AeroFly.As soon as you plug the interface into a spare USB port a red LED lights up, which then starts flashing once you connect and turn on your RC transmitter. As mentioned, I used the supplied 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm lead (about 1.5 M long) to connect to my transmitter, but the package includes two other transmitter cables (4-pin mini DIN and 6-pin Futaba) for other transmitters.I did not bother with the supplied CD, as I already had simulator software I wanted to use, but can see the disk seems to contain software (probably old versions) for, AeroFly, FMS, RealFlight 4 and reflex XTR amongst other folders with Chinese names. They maybe OK to get you going but other free trial software is available (like the HELI-X8) so you may not want to chance them.Overall the interface did what I wanted, so for the money is a good buy.

I can only give this product four stars, simply because I did not use the software supplied. The leads supplied, I did use, and found them very useful and of a high quality. In fact if you are a Radio Control enthusiast, these leads will fit most R/C Transmitters on the market. So if you own several different makes of Transmitters, as I do. The leads alone makes it a good buy.

Ok so I bought this as bit of gamble to connect my Futaba T6K to my pc, my aim is to get Realflight 9 but want to use my own transmitter.This comes with a disk with an old “Realflight” but this was not why I bought it. My advise is to avoid the disk as it contains malware.So I have tested this with DRL drone simulator and it worked!As for Realflight 9 I have yet to try that.So if you want to get a joystick for your pc it does work also you get some cables which are handy on their own.

Purchased as a punt based on other reviews - and it works! At under £10 this is excellent value. Using neXt Flight Simulator, my trusty Futaba T7CP is recognised as the controller working both sticks correctly and at least one switch on the transmitter. No need to purchase any else (other than the simulator software) if you are looking to practice your rc heli skills with your own kit. Simply plug the cables into your transmitter and USB, plug the USB into your PC, then a quick calibration within the simulator software and away you go!

Plugs/cables are OK . Game disk is not all that. All instructions in Chinese. Very disappointing purchase.

Software is in Chinese making loading difficult.......!!
