It doesn't state on the packaging unlike Oilatum 63.4% and Cetraben 82%.** A: It says 91% **Q: Does this clean your skin as well or do I need to use a seperate cleanser?** A: Yes. I haven't used soap on my body in a couple of years, now. I use aqueous cream for showers and this oil for baths. It will loosen the oils that trap grime, dead skin cells, etc on the skin so that you can wash them off with a flannel. Unlike soap, there's no film or dryness.
