Nothing against the seller itself - the item arrived at the right time.However, my husband and I were staggered by how poor this product is.Basically, it won't hold pees after only being used for a couple of hours, even before our toddler went into the pool!Surprised with such appalling bad performance, my husband has called Huggies, and their explanation was that these are NOT nappies! Instead, they are called 'pants'. This subtle detail, apparently, allows them to get away with calling it 'Maximum Protection' despite the fact that it will not hold more than one single urination (and this information was given by a Huggies employee).What is worse, we have asked for a refund from Huggies, and the process to get it is ridiculously complex: first we need to forward the email with the proof of purchase. Then, photograph each of the 3 packs we have bought and finally, post 2 "pants" from each individual pack to them.We have not done this yet, which means I don't even know whether after all this trouble we will get a refund from them.In summary, STAY AWAY FROM THESE 'PANTS'!
