can this be used for a tape gag

This tape is perfect for binding and gagging

if I want to tape over an oil pack on the skin, will this prevent the oil from dribbling out?

Hi. If the skin around the area where the oil pack is free of pip, i would have to say yes. However, do not know if it will stay on the skin if it is placed on top of oily skin. This tape is on the thicker side. I used it to cover up gauze but the skin around the gauze was clean and free of oils. Alcohol pads seem to help with cleaning oil from wound-free skin. Hope this helps.
