Amazing
23 years after having my gall bladder removed I discovered these tablets.I would become bloated and would go up and down two dress sizes day by day and not fitting into an outfit that I could wear the day before! My midriff would be enormous. I also suffered heartburn after most food. I eat quite healthy but still suffered. These tablets have been a life changer. I wish the medical service in the UK had enlightened me over 20 years ago.

Ox Bile
I use this product so that my body can adjust to ketogenic diet.Before, I experienced bloating, belching and gas after eating. Then I researched what causing it and found out that my liver is not producing enough bile and eating fatty food as compared before.I’m taking 1 capsule per meal and seen the improvement.

Very strong dosage
These are way too strong for me I should have bought the lower dosage! Buyer beware! They can cause stomach pains and explosion especially if you have had constipation. I will empty half my capsules out as I do have a gall bladder I just need some extra support.Best gall bladder support is from Dr Berg.com however too expensive to ship in.

So Far, So Good
Have been having trouble with Fats for sooo many years, taking all sorts of Digestive Enzymes to help me gain weight and digest fat better.. I've had constipation on an Omnivore Diet, Vegan Diet, Vegetarian diet. Some fats like Olive Oil, Egg yolks causes lower back pain, and other fats joint pain and sick feeling if I eat high fat at night time, I end up feeling sick. A Lipase Supplement helped greatly... but issues were still there like constipation.. on the 2nd day of taking 2 at every fatty me (1 or 2 meals a day) lots of Gurgling in the intestinal tract, and at the end of day 2 a massive stinky bowel movement, very dark but soft... These certainly help for constipation,, the rest of the benefits are yet to come , fingers crossed :)

Explosive results.
I think too strong, my gut sounds like a brewery after taking one of these 3 parts through a meal and then it's a dash to the lav to pebbledash the pan. Will try a smaller dose next time. Not sure how it benefits me as I am trying to digest fats better without a gallbladder.

Nutricology ox bile
Excellent - works brilliantly after first capsule! 25 years ive suffered constipation/gas/bloating/malabsorption issues but no more. Ive never felt so good and wish I could sue the NHS for not telling me about taking these capsules after having removed my gallbladder all those years ago!
