I’m an adult male ar 225lbs and it works fine. My daughters who are 7 & 11 also ride it. It fits the 11 year old better though. **Q: Do you think a boy of almost 13 is too old for this? He refuses to learn how to ride a bike...** A: There's a lot of kids of all ages riding these at our campground, so my 10 year old, 5'4 138lbs, really wanted one.
