It smells really clean (not overly perfumed) and genuinely gets rid of both cat and dog odours rather than just masking them. It’s become a staple in our house. My biggest complaint is the bottle design. When you’re using it, the liquid seems to drip out of the handle, so you end up wasting quite a bit. There also always seems to be a good amount left in the bottle by the time it stops spraying — it feels like the tube inside isn’t long enough to reach the bottom. It’s also impossible to see how much is actually left because the whole bottle is wrapped with no viewing window. You can gauge it by weight, but it would be much more useful to check visually.
