Not much to say about a cable, but this one is built very well, as you'd come to expect from a Belkin product. Does the job well, with crazy transfer speeds. Good value for money!

Works very well, extremely quick speeds, but have been using it for a few weeks now and although still very secure in the port, I can already feel it getting slightly loose. Not as secure as the official Apple leads

Good link for my Samsung 500GB SSD

I got this for my son who is a tech-geek, and he is delighted with it! He tells me that it is invaluable in transferring data between 2 USB-C devices, has powerful speeds, and can deliver up to 60w of charging power without the need for an additional power supply. To be honest, this doesn't mean much to me, but my son assures me that it can support a 4K display (?) which enhances HD visual on a laptop, so is something to be desired! He is happy with it, so I am too!

For a few years, whenever I need a non-Apple branded cable (i.e not a needlessly expensive one) I look to Belkin. Saying that, I have recently been disappointed in their attempt at a USB to lightning connection, which was weak, poorly fitted, ending up unusable. I'm pleased (and relieved) to say that no such problems exist with this USB C to USB cable, which is the quality I expect from Belkin. The rubber around the cable is very strong, the connection points (between the cable and the actual connector) are very tight and strong too. The 0.9m length is longer than I would normally purchase and there is a 0.5m version on the Apple store that takes about £7 off of the price if you don't need the extra length and find the current price for it too expensive. I find the speed to be super fast, as expected and I've had no problems with compatibility either. So overall very happy.

Cable stopped functioning after few months of use. Disappointing. I am not able to find information on Amazon about the warranty period for this product.
