Any problem with the bristles coming out?

This is a well constructed brush. Bristles are very firm and sturdy. No bristles have shed since I've had it. It's a good investment.

how do I store the brush in between cleaning?

If you're using it to stimulate and exfoliate your skin it doesn't really need any type of special storage.

would this help with kp?

No!! Do NOT use this if you have keratosis pilaris. Those with KP should avoid harsh scrubs or physically exfoliating affected areas, as this can irritate and make it worse. Only use very soft loofahs, a natural sponge, or a washcloth, and then use a topical exfoliant after showering/bathing. Lotions with lactic acid, AHAs, or retinoids are good. AmLactin works very well for many with KP, but I use prescription strength Retin-A micro 0.1%. It’s cheap with a prescription and then I get to use it on my face for anti-aging. Bonus!! Avoid stiff bristle brushes, harsh scrubs, or pumice stones, though. Hope this helps!
