Which blades are compatabile with this razor

This is a disposable. I only found this out after I ordered by mistake. If you are looking for the 7 o clock blades then these are compatible with all safety razors.

Can replacement blades be used with this or not please?

Yes replacement blades can be used. They can be obtained from various outlets, Boots being just one of them- £8.69 for 5

Can this be used for shaving your head

Probably, assuming your head only has stubble. Longer hair would need to be removed first. But there are dedicated razors to head shaving. I would suggest having a look at these first.
