It is widely regarded as a top superfood, and for good reason. It is lighter, more balanced nutritionally, and easier to work into meals without feeling overly heavy. I do not just stick to white quinoa either. I also buy red and black varieties, which add variety and are often considered even more beneficial due to their richer nutrient profiles. When I do occasionally buy rice now, I go for black or wild rice instead. You can sometimes find different types, including black and wild rice, in shops like Holland and Barrett, though red rice is less common. Bottom line: this white quinoa is a solid product and a great base if you are looking to move towards healthier grains while still keeping meals simple and satisfying.👍
