3.5mm Stereo Headset (AC-5002) – Durable, Crisp, and Clear Communication in Classrooms and at Home

I’ve had this Cyber Acoustics AC-5002 headset since 2023, and it’s still working perfectly! It does an excellent job canceling the noise around me, so I can focus whether I’m in a busy room or just trying to relax. When I’m listening to music, the sound is smooth and enjoyable, and the bass sounds really nice and full — better than I expected. The headset feels durable and comfortable, even during long use, and the audio stays clear whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. The product is worth the money for it . Easy to use , the hearing on it is good . Mic quality is good comfortable fit on your head for a good long time

These are excellent headphones, that's true. And I was looking for something at a lower price just to use with my flip-phone. I don't use the phone much, but when I do use it, I'm talking for fairly long periods at a time. I don't like having to hold the phone while I'm talking. I don't like to set it down somewhere, then inadvertently walk away and pull the phone off the counter or something. I wanted a headset with a mic, that works with today's dual-purpose headphone jacks. This was my choice. And it works. My only gripe, which will lead to my eventually replacing it, is the padded earpieces don't allow any air circulation. These are acceptable, certainly. They do reduce external noise quite well. But I think I'd rather have something a little more lightweight, with either foam ear covering or perhaps just 1 earpiece. I do want over-the-head, and I do want a microphone. I see there are sets like that, a little more expensive. But I think for my purposes it would be more suitable. These are marketed as a lower price point, especially for classrooms and younger students. I don't really need the inline volume control, but it's not a problem having it. I think I'm more in the category of a customer service or support person who's on the phone regularly. A more typical headset for that would be the single earpiece, the head band, and a lightweight mic. I just thought I could get away with a lower price, and indeed, as I've learned over my lifetime: You get what you pay for. Very well made, and certainly a high-quality frequency response! In fact, I used these to do audio "emails," that included bits of music. I was somewhat shocked at how good the music reproduction was done! Not quite recording studio level, but absolutely passable! During recordings, the microphone did a very decent job, too! I recorded through Audacity, and then edited using these same earphones. I'm impressed! But I bought them to talk on the phone for an hour or two at a time. I end up with a bit of pressure irritation on the ears, and a "heated" sensation from lack of air circulation. Verdict: They work, they're inexpensive, they have great sound quality, but... they bug me. :-)

Great cheap headphones for work.

I needed a headset with a microphone for my online graduate school program. I purchased these because the reviews were mostly positive and I liked the price. First, the good: - Sound quality is nice - Noise cancelling (not the best, but still good at cancelling exterior noise) I'm not sure about the microphone quality. I haven't heard myself yet, but everyone in my online courses has been able to understand me. Now, the bad: - TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE! I saw reviews that said these weren't comfortable, but I assumed I would be okay since my head is a bit smaller than average. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I've worn these for 16 hours over the past 2 days and my ears are so sore and I have a horrible headache. These are incredibly tight and there's no way to adjust them. I'm honestly not sure what makes them so uncomfortable, all I know is that my head and ears hurt horribly after wearing for about 5 minutes. I will likely continue to use these until I'm able to purchase a more comfortable set, so if these loosen and become more comfortable, I will update this review. - Headset is small. These don't fit my ears very well and do not sit well on my ears and align with the speaker parts of the headset. Again, there's no way to adjust these, and I have a smaller-than-average sized head. I feel like these may be better suited for children. Overall, these are good if you need a headset with a mic and don't want to spend too much for a nicer set or if you won't be wearing the headset for long periods at a time. But if you'll be on hours-long zoom calls or anything similar, I would suggest that you continue searching.

Great sound, nicely padded ear system and perfectly placed volume adjuster. No one has ever complained about hearing my background noise abd I hear them perfectly as well.

This headphones are great and very comfortable. Whenever, I use this headphones it makes the other person think I am right next to them because of the clarity of sound and noise cancelling features. Great product for the price!
