once in the half full tank, do you then fill the tank up or just use the half tank of fuel

I have a 2.2 dti Vectra b that misfires, would it help

It wouldn't do any harm to try. It cleans out all the carbon deposits built up in the diesel injectors, that carbon build up could be causing the misfire. It worked for me. Give it a go and follow the instructions on the bottle :-)

How many treatments does this contain

The bottle contains enough for one treatment. The label states to add to half a tank of fuel (20-30 litres)

Is this a detergent, a lubrificant or both?

Detergent I suppose, it helps clean the injection system and the EGR valve and helps the pdf stay clean. I have used 1 bottle in half a tank so far and the motor is definitely quieter and smoother to drive with a much even tick over.
