Rhino Horn Premium Neti Pot Nasal Cleaner (Blue)

When I use a traditional Neti pot, water always comes out the fill hole on top. This doesn't happen with the Rhino Horn. Plus, the Rhino Horn creates more pressure, making it easier to get the water into and through congested sinuses. The Rhino Horn also holds more water than a traditional Neti pot. I love this product!

I've had one of these for quite a few years and it has always worked great! I wanted to have an extra one on hand.

Pros: Thick plastic so don't worry about it breaking of dropped. Don't think it will become brittle after time ( like some of the thing pots) BPA free is this matters to you Nice dark blue color ( but also a con, see below) Holds a good amount of water Comes with a salt scoop in case you don't use the premeasured packetsCons: I bought the blue and you can't see how much water is in there. This means you just guess how much you have used per nostril. There si no clear one, they are all dark so you can't tell how much water is there. It's quite big compared to other neti pots. If you have small hands it can be a little hard to hold No lid so because you can't easily see how much water is in the pot you can wind up tilting the pot too much and pouring water over you from the open top.Their advertisement shows someone filling with tap water out of a faucet. This is very wrong. You are not suppose to use tap water. it looks like the maker doesn't know this ( or doesn't care).It's good quality but not sure if I would recommend.

I have been using a Neti pot for almost 20 years and this is by far the best neti pot I have used. I love the design! It just works better than the ceramic pots I’ve used, has more water capacity plus I love how light and durable it is, making it convenient to travel with. The ceramic pots I’ve had in the past have broken…this will never break. My only concern was about the quality of the plastic. As a Norwegian company they subject this product to medical device and EU chemical testing… something I did not see with alternative products. I am so grateful for this product. Also great seller, thank you! HOT TIPS: Once you get very comfortable with the standard method for using the Neti Pot look into the more advanced “stage 2” method that gets deeper into the posterior sinus passages, essentially by sniffing backwards some of the water though the back of your nasal passages and out of the mouth. I also have had outstanding results using a mild “garlic tea” solution at the first sign of a head cold!

I have ordered these before and they arrive with packaging, instructions and correct Rhino branding on the base. This does not look like the ones I've ordered before, it arrived in a resealable plastic baggie is if it was a return, the wrong kind of spoon with no measurements, and no instructions of any kind. It did come with a random packet with some sort of instructions only in Chinese (it's not silica gel.)

I would give this neti pot 6 stars if I could. Everything about it is well thought through, making the experience of using it extremely comfortable. It is a superior product. The design of the spout seals the nostril and focuses the water into a smooth and gentle pressure. I've used a number of ceramic neti pots whose spouts "stick" into the nose (they don't seal at all) and, in addition, require two separate fillings to do both nostrils.The Rhino Horn fits comfortably in your hand, and the capacity allows one to do both nostrils from one filling. The ceramic ones were also heavy and hard to travel with. This one is unbreakable and lightweight. I have tried other plastic neti pots but they were not nearly as easy to use as the Rhino Horn. All in all I have to give it to the Norwegians; they certainly know how to design products that are aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and functional. I use my Rhino Horn Neti Pot everyday for allergies, and to keep the flu and colds at bay. It works!

Easy to use and I love that it's unbreakable. I've had ceramic ones in the past (key word, had) that worked okay, but the Rhino Horn works so much better for me. I think it's the curved spout; I get better flow through without having to hold my neck at a contorted angle. I recommend it.

Wish I knew about this product years ago ! In my work I am exposed to alot of dust so I would often have sinus problems that would lead to colds or viruses during the winter or allergy seasons. With this Neti Pot I am able to clear my sinuses before the situation worsens. I will be buying more and gifting them my friends that are plagued with sinus and breathing issues. Not having read the description well enough I thought it would be made from a material more similar to a' faux rhino horn' which is why I rated 4 stars. Function wise, however, it should be 8 stars !!!
