As the entire outer surface of the brace is Velcro, it can be reduced to a circumference of under 8 inches (20cm) and should be fitted around 5-10 cm below the elbow joint. Simply pull one end of the strap through the buckle as far as it will go, fasten the Velcro end and then pull the other end through its buckle as far as it will go so you can completely overlap the ends and fasten. This should provide quite a tight fit but obviously it can be adjusted for comfort. Additionally, if you want it even tighter, you can overlap the strap ends using a criss-cross pattern outside the buckles. All the best David **Q: Does this address the problem or just mask the symptoms?** A: It's been a tremendous help and symptoms have all but gone. **Q: Up to what size does it fit?** A: I'm quite a small frame and have it pulled as tight as it will go.
