I have used all sorts of cable needles, but I must say that these are great, especially for the more chunky wool's. It is best slipping the stitches onto the short end so that you have more room when knitting the stitches off the cable needle.

you get what you pay for. 38p incl delivery from China. Bought the Clover cable needles (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0016N3P7U/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0) instead - much better

I use these for knitting cable patterns they work very well indeed, far better than the traditional bar needles with a kink in the middle.

Would never buy again as my wool was constantly caught and snagged by the needles because they were not smooth, they had small plastic notches in all of them. Very annoying as it left pull markes on my knitting.

Not much good in fact I threw them away not suitable at all in my opinion

These I bought for another member of my knitting group as she was learning at 73 years old to do cable for the first time and I thought these would be better that the straight cable needles she was trying to use. She is finding them much easier to use and is progressing well with her cable work.

Ok product, think they would snap quite easily. Took weeks to arrive. Work well when knitting cable stitch as stitches don't fall off
