Not hard like you'd expect from Hammerite paint/Make, Dissapointing result. Painted van side bars, finish may look ok, but before i re-fitted them ( 2 days after painting, so plenty of time to dry in hot weather) rubbed the surface with back of finger nail (lightly) to test how hard the coating was, and instantly marked them, never refiited (today) as i will now bo overcoating them with something different (maybe can of base and laquer) that should go harder and not mark so easily. I bought Hammerite due to past experience of being a Tough paint, this is more like a cheap paint you can buy anywhere, so not worth the money. Update: 2 weeks later - Corrosion already coming through (Even though hardly any painted over, and any slight was removed first) States 8 years on tin (if it lasted 1 would be ok) but never lasted 2 weeks, Will now be using cheaper from Home bargains (cant be any worse)

This is not the same Hammerite I remember. The contents must be like treacle. If there is an agitator ball then it can't move because of the paint's viscosity. I did try one aerosol and the paint doesn't spray out, it jets out! What surface is covered cannot be right because the paint just doesn't dry. I suspect the seller is getting rid of a cheap bulk purchase of old aerosols? I have bought elsewhere now and those are perfect!

This spray paint arrived damaged & unusable. I have reported this as such, but seem to be expected to PAY to return it! The base of the can has clearly been damaged & has leaked. It has, at some time been rested on cardboard, as some card is still stuck to the base. There has been paint leaking from the base, going up the can. The item is still in the sealed plastic bag that it arrived in, as the damage can be clearly seen. How can a firm send out such a clearly damaged item??

Rubbish, the spay tops leak badly sand a lot just runs down the can. Very little content too so very expensive for what you get. The first can we had was reasonable but not the rest.

I painted a couple bike parts (a bit of frame and a pannier rack). The paint chipped off within a week. Not sure if my expectations were too high for what this could do, or if the quality is poor, but either way, it didn’t do what I was looking for.

Well, read the small print: needs primer on aluminium, zinc and galvanised surfaces. Noticed this too late. For misleading advertising (“metal paint” - no need to prime or undercoat”) only one star because it won’t do the job for all metals!

Received 2cans of this product today. Unfortunately didn’t realise it was 3months out of date until my husband had used one can . Hopefully it will be ok on the metal garden furniture we used it on

Started to use this spray, after a couple of minutes it would not spray anymore. Now have at least half a can of paint I cannot use and an unfinished job.

Rien à redire, le produit est conforme à mes attentes, la qualité aussi et je n'ai rencontré aucun soucis. Je recommanderai sans problèmes la prochaine fois.
