Will it work with windows10?

Yes. My Pixma was already installed and upgrading to Windows 10 caused no problems

Does it print duplex (both sides)?

Yes though you need to turn the sheets over manually so it wouldn't be brilliant if you do a lot of duplex printing. However there are good pop ups on the screen to instruct you through the process if you select the duplex printing option from the drop down preferences menus.

Is this a UK model with UK plug?

The one I was supplied came with UK Plug - simple to set up - easy to use - manual duplex only drawback

is this printer able to print from a camera

CANON mx475 does not have either, a cardreader or Pic Bridge direct print. You would need to print via a PC.
