Beautiful light and award winning customer support!
"The excellence of a product must be determined not only by the product itself when everything goes perfectly, but by how a vendor reacts when things DON'T go perfectly." This is a quote by a sales manager I had 25 years ago, and I have relied on his wisdom in judging products ever since. First of all, this light is simply gorgeous! The globes are beautiful and show off the Edison lights perfectly that we installed with them. Secondly, Luolax provided exemplary customer support when one of the globes arrived broken. Within an hour, I received a response and within the week, I had a replacement globe. The only question was "which shape globe do you need replaced? Then, my contractor broke another globe and, again, the support was excellent! We have a club height table and were concerned about how low the lowest globe should be from the ceiling (top of the black ceiling plate). We finally agreed on 25 inches and we couldn't be more pleased. Additionally, if it helps anyone, the additional measurements as pictured here are: Moving clockwise from the lowest globe (1) which was 25", (2) 20-1/2", (3) 18", (4) 21-1/2", (5) 24-1/2", (6) 22", (7) 24-1/4" and, finally, the center globe (8) is 17-1/4". We also wrapped the globes in bubble wrap and lightly taped until the hanging was done to avoid them bumping together. We are very, very happy with our new light!

Excellent Customer Service - Tough installation
The light looks amazing and the customer service is fantastic! I broke a globe and they replaced it- no questions asked. The installation, however was horrendous! The diagram isn’t COMPLETELY useless -but it’s close. Included were only 3 wire nuts to string 9 black and 9 white wires together. I ended up using wago nuts and jumper wires to get everything connected. Everything has to be put together before you can hang the fixture. That means it’s heavy and all of the globes want to bang together. Wrapping them is a MUST. You’ll need two people. It would be much better if you could hang the base first and then add the globes at the end. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem like an easy way to do this with the current design.I love the look of this fixture and am happy I bought it. The customer service was fantastic but I just can’t give it five stars since I had to buy extra stuff to get everything wired up and installed. Recommend if you know what you’re getting in to -or if you can pay someone who does.

Beautiful but a two man job to put up.
I think the chandalier was more beautiful than pictured. It was more difficult to install than I thought it would be. Each pendant needed to be adjusted separately. A bit of a challenge for one person to adjust then hold up. Globes were larger than i thought they would be also. Still i love it and am glad i purchased it.

Beautiful fixture; installation is nuts
This is a beautiful fixture, and it hangs in our breakfast area really making it pop. The addition of Edison bulbs makes it look all the more classy. The installation is nuts. Definitely a two person job. The one sheet of instructions is practically useless. It's also very time consuming. Wrap the glass in bubble wrap for sure before doing anything, then you must run each of the eight wires at different lengths, and hold up to the ceiling to see what it looks like. Then you make adjustments after that. Then you have to cut all eight wires. You'll have to buy bigger wire connectors as the ones provided are too small. You'll need one person to hold the fixture up while the other makes the connections. Then you have to line up she bolts with the holes provided which is harder than you think. But once it's up, it is absolutely beautiful.

Looks great on a high ceiling.
I love the look of this chandelier! We thought we were going to return it because we couldn’t put it up ourselves. I had one electrician quote that was double the amount of the fixture itself. I found another who charged $150. I did put bubble wrap around the glass so it wasn’t clanging around while he was trying to install it. The company who sells the fixture was very helpful and answered all my emails promptly. I’m so glad I got it up because it looks great!

I hope you're an engineer.
This light looks great now that it's finally up, but installing it was QUITE a chore, even for two rather handy people. The vaulted ceiling didn't help matters, but the design of the product is the real culprit. It was almost as if it had been shipped with entirely the wrong set of hardware. And FORGET about the "instructions", which is a single, poorly-printed diagram that absolutely does not correspond with the parts as shipped. Anyway, we hacked together a solution, modifying most of the parts to get it to work, but the degree of creative problem-solving required to get this thing installed is such that I cannot recommend it to regular human people.

Terribly Painful Installation, Great Looking Lights
Great looking chandelier, but installation was horrendous. The included instruction was very crude with minimal wording and pictorials (Google translate grade of written English). The included cross bracket was also crooked such that the holes to the plate would only go through one-way. Try matching the holes in all four combinations while lifting this 30lb+ light fixture overhead. The plate is also too shallow for the bend radius of the cables such that once knotted in their strain relief, the cables would stick proud from the mounting plate. Lots of wiring work need to be prepared in advance before attempting to lift this up onto the ceiling. The light looks gorgeous once mounted, but oh my was the installation painful. Now the light is up, I’m just counting the number of days from which it falls from the ceiling.

Beautiful fixture but tricky to install
Although it is difficult to install, I absolutely love this light fixture. The pendant lengths are adjustable and can accommodate most ceiling heights. I would definitely recommend this light so long as you have friends to help you put it up or don't mind hiring someone to do it.
