I am a rugby coach and use SKLZ to help with my players speed training and reaction tomes in certain game situations .

Great. It really is good for functional training.

Good product but with safety issues
Once I made it safe this was a great training aid. First time out though a clip snapped sending the elastic strap and clip flying at full speed hitting my daughter and lacerating my hand !!! I replaced the clips with screw locking carabiners which works fine and should be fitted as standard. It is however a really good training aid to have.
