Replied to inquiry with replacement
My screen protector cracked shortly after I received it. It took a while to get a response for a replacement, but they did send one. I am pleased that they upheld the warrantee and that this screen doesn't distort colors, even though it blocks blue light. Only downside to this protector is that there is no guide for application. See previous review below for more details.Previous title and review:No response from warrantee replacement request and no guide for application.I was pleased to find a blue light blocking protector that did not distort the color; however, I discovered that there was no guide to place on the protector and when it cracked, I got no response from the seller, despite contacting them two times.I was able to apply the protector correctly with no bubbles, though it was a lot more difficult as there was no guide to put it on. There was little to no color distortion which was great, but the failure to respond to my inquiry and lack of guide to apply the screen protector made me rate this low. Because mine is now cracked and I cannot get it replaced, I also gave it a low rating for value for money.
