SKLZ Mini Training Bands - Resistance Band - Medium Tension - Portable - Workout, Physical Therapy

These bands are amazing. They are very sturdy so you don't have to be worried that they may snap when using them. With 3 levels of resistance I feel it's a must have for your gym kit. Great for use at the gym and home workouts.

I've used them several times now, especially for squatting, glute bridge/hip thrust and deadlift warm ups, and they seem really good. They are a useful training aid and I certainly felt my glutes had been worked in the following days! Easy to bung in your kit bag. Only time will tell on the quality but all fine so far.

These are really great!I bought them because of an old injury that means I have to keep my left leg muscle as built up as the right so I have to give more attention to exercising my right leg. I used these to do that and it worked the bands improved the muscle on the right. Great for leg injuries!

I ordered them this winter but took some time before I actually began to use them.. now I do, and they are fun to train with. I like variation in my training at the gym , so sometimes I take these with me . so far, not disappointed. have used them for a month or two, now and then , and it seems to be of good quality:)

they are quite resistant and flexible... but they roll up really easy and it kinda gets annoying in the middle on a work out to stop all the time to unroll them.

introduced to these and this brand when i took up training again. I use them to warm up int he gym with simple sidesteps whilst they are just above the ankles and for squats with them just above the knee. There are plenty of other exercise you can do with them

great bands. would be nice if they came with a small bag that you could put them in though

These resistance bands are really awesome! You can really feel the resistance. Feels very comfortable during workout

Elastici fantastici per svolgere attività. Per gli esperti quelli nero é probabilmente l’unico che può essere utilizzato, ma in linea generale sono molto validi.

J ai commandé ces élastiques pour faire du fitness que je pratique 4 à 5 fois par semaine . Je suis agréablement surprise ! Les 3 forces sont très utiles pour varier l intensité des exercices. Ils sont très résistants : Ils ne se détendent pas et ne se déchirent pas (mais cela ne fait que quelques semaines que je les utilise alors j'espère ne pas dire de bêtise). Et par dessus le marché, je les utilise surtout pour les jambes et ils sont très egreald au contact de la peau, ils ne brûle pas.Je recommande ce produit.
