The residue cleaner can be used again if stored in an airtight pot (3" wide plastic screw top vitamin pot) and does not have much of an odour (when compared to traditional cleaners). Powers through Zinsser BIN even when dried. Also handles most other paints with ease. I have however found one or two paints it wouldn't dissolve once dried. It was either Zinsser Permawhite Matt or Dulux Trade Gloss.
