Is this toy made of rubber or hard plastic? How noisy is it?

This is a hard plastic and only noisy on hard floors, but to me, well worth it!!! I have a Morkie puppy. It is like a big "Weeble Wobble(?)". You put the treats on top (unscrew), adjust the opening, then adjust the door opening on the bottom as shown. Our pup gets into everything and this keeps her busy. Noise on the wood floor is OK with me if it keeps her out of trouble!

It is most assuredly not easy to clean. I really wish the bottom part unscrewed at the line of demarcation, but it doesn’t it’s glued together. So you have no idea what’s in there. Kibble sheds and this is a very unhygienic design.

Is this made in the USA?

Thanks to all who answered is this made in USA apparently made in China- I don’t want my dogs toys from China

How large a kibble will this hold?

You can use a small to medium size treat but the only way to load it is to drop it but by small bit through the hole. There needs to be a way to separate the bottom part to load the kibble quickly. I have another brand that is much easier to load and use.
