ELR50 Wired Earphones with Mic and Volume Control, 3.5mm Jack, Gold | Deep Bass Sound, Noise Isolation, Tangle-Free Cable, Aluminium Housing, S/M/L Ear Buds

Due to my work I have unfortunately grown to be technically experienced and very picky when it comes to my audio. All I wanted was a cheap pair of ear plugs to keep the world out of my head whilst I do my daily commute (there is no way I am leaving the house with £400+ worth of gear with my usual pair) so I wasn't expecting much. They arrived in a very nice box with a clip, extra sizes of rubber bits, and a neat little pocket carry pouch. They look as though they were 4 times the price of what I paid for them, very pleased initially. 5/5. In terms of the sound, they are a little bassy compared to other pairs on the market, and the highs are a bit tinny. Anything below 100Hz and above 10KHz can be tweaked if you use an equalizer of some sort and that did make a huge difference. I have been told by people I speak to over VOIP and cellular that the microphone sucks, and I should get a better one :(. For the price however, 4/5. I don't think the folks who are complaining realise that anything else priced as well as these sound the same if not worse! I had to use the smaller size of rubber in-ear bits and they are quite comfortable. I am able to wear them for an hour or two without realising they're there. Only issue is that they create a vacuum in the ear canal that can be a bit uncomfortable when removing them and they do isolate you from outside sound. Besides that, no issues 4/5. They're strong, durable and look like they won't break as easily as other brands such as Philips and Senheiser. 5/5 for that! So overall in terms of value for money and overall quality these are probably the best pair you can buy in the £25 and under market. I am very happy and hope they last! I'll give these a 5.

Very good headphones given the cost. Having seen many for a lot more, the positive review for these convinced me to purchase myself. Purchased as a pair for work conference calls (replacing apple airpods) and to take on holiday. On receiving box is excellently presented with travel pouch, 3 set of rubber in ear and 1 set of foam plugs. Nicest touch was that the jack connection was actually protected, tiny thing but nice to see care that the vital connector comes with a protective cover on it. Main annoyance is the size of the sign which is left or right, as you can see in the photo, it's in tiny writing and takes a few extra seconds to identify when you are rushing to put the headphones in for a call. Given I was previously taking the EarPods out of the case, unwinding it etc, getting these in and out of the pouch is much quicker, so an overall time saving for me. Build of the driver units look very solid and a quality product. I was concerned that cables are a bit 'rubbery' and would be a pain to untangle, but they've been better that the apple earpods I was previously using. Usage wise, isolation is good, audio clarity is good, lacking a bit of depth when playing music with bass.

Choose these after losing a pair of v-moda earphones that are now discontinued. I thought I'd just get a cheap pair of earphones to see me through until I sorted out a proper replacement. However, these are unbelievable considering the price and I'll stick with these until they break (more likely I'll lose them knowing me). Build quality is decent - not top end but certainly not budget. The wires are a little skinny for my liking but surpringly don't get tangled too badly. The sound quality is what makes these stand out to me, comparable to earphones 5 times the price I would say. Comes with the standard 3 sets if rubber tips and also 1 foam set. I managed to get a good fit and they are sufficient light that they stay in my ears no trouble. I've had them a few weeks and I'm very tempted to buy another pair for when these one give up / disappear. UPDATE April 2019: I'm now on my third pair of these. The last two pair are different from the first pair - The wire is longer and has a different coating. The Sound quality straight out of the box is still fantastic for the price. Unfortunately the latest 2 pairs have both developed the same problem where the left earbud has gone very quiet. I will buy one more pair, but if they develop the same problem I will start looking elsewhere.

I've had different brands of headphones in the past, some cheap and some really expensive - also Apple headphones which I think are awful! Anyway, normally you can tell which are cheap and which are expensive due to differences in sound quality. However, these are incredible! They're a good price but, quality wise, I can't tell the difference between these and another pair I have that were 5x the price! I bought these as a backup in case I lost or broke my more expensive pair but I now use these daily. They look and feel high quality, the sound quality is excellent and the mic also works really well. The ear buds are comfy and ensure the headphones stay in your ears and the good fit also helps keep external noise out meaning you don't need the volume up so loud! You also get three pairs of ears buds in three different sizes so you can get the right fit for your ears. In addition, you get a little pouch to keep the headphones in so they don't become a tangled mess at the bottom of your bag! Amazing headphones, still can't believe the price!

I've known about Betron for a while and have bought a fair few things from them in the past. When a friend was asking about a pair of headphones from Betron I told him that they're generally good value for money with decent sound quality and true to form Betron didn't disappoint! However with these earphones the story changes a bit. It should be noted that they come in a nice magnetic closed box that contains a carry pouch, multiple sizes of ear cushion and a clip to attach the earphones to clothes - so you get a lot in the box. The earphones seem to be built well with the main housing for the drivers made from metal. But now the not so good part... While all these extras are great, sound and mic quality are probably the most important parts of this product and on both counts these earphones were disappointing. When j listened to music the audio lacked depth and I had to turn up the volume really high to start to hear the bass coming through. The mic as well is overly sensitive to vibrations and rattles through the wire (probably why they come with a clip). It means when talking to people you have to overly cautious of whether the wire is moving or not. Summed up Betron are normally good but I think they missed the mark on this one..

Really pleased with this product, it comes in high quality packaging with a magnetic clip which has a really nice feel as the magnet is not too strong or too weak. The earphones are very well presented along with the carry case which are both neatly packed inside the spongey foam packaging. They come with spear ear buds that are inside the case which are really useful and have a really nice feel inside the ear. The case also has a nice feel to it and a very nice clip which is fun to use and looks very modern. The earphones have a very high quality wire which goes great with the dark accents on the mic and volume buttons. The earphones themselves are a good size as they don't stick out of the ear too much and have a nice tight fit in the ear. They are discrete as they are not make to be very flashy, but they also look very nice as well if you do wish to show them off. They have a really good quality sound with amazing bass which I love about these earphones the most. However The volume rockers aren't as clicky as the pause/mute button which I think would be the only thing I would change about these earphones, but that is only a minor thing that I would change, other than that I wouldn't change anything about these and I think they are a great product. Overall I would recommend these as they are the best quality for money I have ever bought and I will definitely be buying some of these in the future for friends and family.

I don't know what it is, but these earphones make me come back again and again. I still have the other 2 pairs that I bought, so let me tell you why I'm on my 3rd. The first pair lasted me a while and the first thing that I really noticed was the cable was very sturdy and did not catch onto clothes' fabric like some other cheap(er) or even more premium brands. I used it for a good few months to a year before I dropped one of the earphones in water while I was doing the washing up. Not ideal, but I changed the earbuds with some of the spares the earphones came with and kept using them. After a while, I started noticing a poor quality in sound in the left one which was previously dropped in the water. That's when I decided to purchase my 2nd pair. The 2nd pair arrived and I was once again hooked to the deep bass and crisp sound. 2 weeks into my purchase and a freak accident happens: I used to keep my earphones on the passenger seat of my car and one time, after arriving at work I noticed something hanging out of the passenger door: the earphones were safe inside the car while the jack plug had been dragged on the road and nearly smooth on one side. A normal person would have rightly binned the 2nd pair, however I plugged it into my phone (bad idea) and they still worked. I continued to still use them for a while till they kept coming off and disconnecting from my phone and laptop. I finally decided to invest in my 3rd pair whilst still keeping the other 2 as souvenirs/reminders. This is a great pair of earphones and after years of looking for the perfect product, I think I might have finally found it.

I got a pair of these Betron ELR50 earphones a while ago and was very impressed with the build, looks and sound quality. Upon getting my new jack-less iPhone, I bought a snazzy lightning dongle, to keep using them, and all was good. Recently, the right ear connection started to fail so, being quite inexpensive, I bought another pair, and was pleased to see they'd changed the cord, as one issue with the previous pair was that the cord stayed wavy and kept brushing against my face annoyingly, which the new ones don't do. However, I did notice that the inline controls on the earphones were behaving erratically with the dongle, so I contacted Betron to tell them of this and ask about returning them for a replacement. They replied straight away, on a Saturday, very apologetic and promising to send me out a new pair, and that I didn't even need to return the faulty ones, which was very much appreciated. I received the new pair yesterday but unfortunately they have the same issue, so it must be a change that's been made with how the inline controller works, as various other sets of earphones I've tried with this dongle work fine, as did my old pair of Betrons. Aside from this, if you're not using that dongle, then I would completely recommend these earphones as they sound great with really good bass (so good in fact, that I don't really use the bass-boost button on the dongle, otherwise my eyeballs vibrate too much!). Betron seem to be a great company with excellent customer service, eager to resolve any problem as soon as poss, so I am very grateful to them for that.

I bought this for my fire. I like to watch videos on it but didn’t want to disturb my husband who watches TV in the living room sometimes. I had order another set of earphones previously on Amazon where the packaging was filthy. I did not bother even opening it up, threw it away. These Betron headphones arrived and the earphones and presentation Box is beautiful!! Also included was a little pouch with different size ear buds. The sound is great! This is something you could give as a gift to someone!!!

Opened these up last night, and was extremely impressed by the packaging for starters. Very durable box with magnetic clasps for side opening. Within were the ear buds, and a small pouch that could be used to store the accessories or carry the earbuds. The pouch contained a 3 different sets of flanges for different sizes of ear canals. The mediums that came installed felt a little big, so I swapped them to the small and they felt right for my ears. It was a slight struggle to get the small flanges on, as the ear bud post definitely required stretching the flange.... very snug. Also included in the pouch, but not pictured at all here on the product page was a small clip to allow fastening the cord to clothing. I was surprised an delighted to find that, as I basically wear my earbuds under my shirt to connect to my phone in my pocket all day long. This clip ensures that the buds don't slip back down and fall out of my shirt, etc. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clear plastic cover on the 3.5mm connector. Another nice touch. I don't know that I will use that when I don't have the earbuds connected but it could definitely help protect the device when stored. The buds themselves feel sturdy and well designed. The Volume Control and Pause/Play button are solid too, and feel well put together. Audio was perfectly acceptable for my Audiobook use, and sporadic video watching. I'm not an audiophile, and don't listen to music, and don't require the top of the line gear for my use, so I really couldn't say if these might be better or worse than normal. I have found them fine so far. It was also nice to have a small enough ear bud that I could comfortably lay in bed with one ear on my pillow with the bud inserted. I did a quick mic audio check by doing a quick audio memo recording and the mic audio was perfectly acceptable too. I will use this mic with my phone on cell calls too for hands free talking, but I have not confirmed audio quality with another caller. TL:DR : Feels like luxury buds for the under $10 price.

Llevo usandolos 5 meses y estan intactos los uso mucho. PROS: 1.-No se enredan como otros. 2.-El cable esta recubierto, está reforzado. 3.-El sonido esta SUPEER, tienen muuy buena calidad de audio. 4.-Para usar como manos libres también muy buenos. Las personas que me han escuchado usandolos, me dicen que se oye bastante claro, se oye muy cerca, no se distorciona la comunicación. 5.-Desde el empaquetado como se ve en las fotos, empiezas a percibir que son de calidad, todo muy bien cuidado. 6.-Trae una bolsita que al tacto se siente suave como piel vegana, que sirve para guardar los audifonos o las gomitas que trae incluidas. CONS: No le he encontado un contra. Trababaja bien, hace bien su función y esta hecho de buen material. Seguiré usandolos y si en un futuro le encuentro un punto malo, actualizaré mi reseña. Pero por el momento, volvería a comprar esta marca o al menos este modelo que estoy probando y esta super, claro que compraré otros hasta para regalo muy buena opción!

Good cost effective product. Noise cancelling feature didn't meet my expectations when I used it to do a voice over but it worked during meetings so I am good.

Blown Away by the quality and features of this product given it's price! To be honest, I ordered these because I thought they looked good in the picture, were rated good and were a good price. Other than that I had no real expectations. When I received them and really started checking them out, they seemed to be the quality of a product that would cost many times more than they did. Even the box and packaging was awesome. Sounds silly I know, but they came in a really nice and solid magnetically closing box with everything inside packaged/displayed in inset foam- didn't expect that. The look and feel of the materials that make up the headphones is way better than expected. For this price, you would normally get cheap plastic.... everything. But with these, the ear buds, controller, slide and connector are metal, making them look and feel far more expensive/nice. The cord has kind of a soft rubbery feel to it. I don't know if it's necessarily better or not as far as durability, but it sure feels and looks nicer than the typical plastic ones. The controller is something I didn't even realize was on it when I made my purchase, so again I had no expectations for it. I found it works flawless with my LG android phone. Volume up, down, pause, skip, etc. So much easier than pulling the phone out of my pocket while mowing the lawn. Top it off with replacement buds and a carrying/storing pouch. Nothing too crazy here but a nice touch. It has a cleaver spring like closure at the top to keep things tucked inside. I guess I should mention the sound quality- again very impressed for this price range. I'm no audio file but I do have headphones that cost me ~$150. These are maybe not as good as those, but they are not that far off either. I've only used them a few time so far so I can't speak to the durability. I like these so much, I'm ordering a 2nd pair to have as a spare.
