I have certaintly noticed a difference whilst using these.NO unpleasent after taste or reflux. Im positive I had more energy, not lots where im running around everywhere but enough to feel "normal" and have my "get up and go back", no sluggishness in the morning and great feeling of wellbeing. My blood sugar levels have also been more stabalised ..will continue to use and order the same as these .. much cheaper and better quality than the high street

Possible side effects.
Now, this is the second and different type of CoQ10 that I’ve tried and although I can’t be certain it was this, what I got after two days taking them was an incredibly itchy rash on my inner thighs, calves and outer arms that lasted for a week. I did some research and apparently, some people are allergic to Q10. It appears I might be one of them. I say I can’t be sure it’s this product as the last lot of Q10 I took (different manufacturer), didn’t cause any rash. Dosage is exactly the same in both instances but nevertheless, I stopped after two days.
