Can this be used in a shower enclosure to hold soap racks etc

It should work provided there is sufficient area to make a strong joint and the surfaces are suitable and clean. Tile, porcelain, metal and most wood are good surfaces for bonding but paint and wall paper are not. Use white spirits or other solvent cleaner to remove any grease on both surfaces. I mounted a large mirror with about 10 square inches of mounting tape. It's still up two years later.

Would this hold up a wall mounted post box ?

It's almost impossible to say. It depends on the nature (particularly the smoothness and porosity) of the wall material to which you intend to fix the box, the smoothness of the box itself, the available surface area in relation to the mass of the box and so on. On balance unless you are very confident of all such variables being satisfactory then it would be prudent to use either screws or threaded studs to fix to the wall.

Can you use this to stick a dashcam to a windscreen

Provided you carefully degrease both surfaces it should be fine. Remember the tape is for “permanent” fixing rather than something you wish to put up and take down frequently. Make sure to accurately position the item as you mount it.

It doesn’t work at all and there are no English instructions on the back so I’m not sure if it’s because I’m doing something wrong?
