I'm not kidding myself that eating any bar is healthier than a whole food alternative, but if you are going to grab for a bar, this is a great choice. Especially if you have dietary restrictions.Pros:+ Tastes like (better than) a Mounds bar / dark chocolate covered coconut candy bar.+ It is vegan, non-GMO, kosher, and mostly allergen-free (though made on equipment that may have trace amounts of allergens).+ It has prebiotics and probiotics.+ It is kind to sensitive digestive systems (at least it was with mine).Cons:- Some other reviewers report an unpleasant aftertaste. (I didn't really notice that.)- They are a bit more pricey than your average bar, but they offer a bit more than your average bar.I purchased these bars and afterwards, a representative from the company asked me to review their product and said they will send me an assortment of eight bars as a thank you for my honest review. The coconut and raspberry flavors have a Mounds/Almond Joy-like filling, and the chocolate almond and mint flavors have a chewier texture, almost like a Charleston Chew. All four flavors have a substantial chocolate coating and are very satiating. I've taken to having 1/2 of the bar before my morning workout, and the other 1/2 as an afternoon snack.
