It came with all the hardware to mount and power it. This blower has a really good flow rate which can either be controlled via the online speed controller or if it's connected to one of the AC Infinity controllers. The higher the fan speed the louder it will become. That said even on maximum speed I wouldn't say these blowers are overly loud.
